Kokonut Pacific sells Direct Micro Expelling Equipment normally as part of a full DME kit but graters and other items are available separately on request.

 

Niulife coconut oil is a subsidiary company of  Kokonutpacific and sells high quality DME virgin coconut oil in bottles and in bulk containers to the public

Every effort is made to maintain Kokonut Pacific  Direct Micro Expelling Equipment and Niulife coconut oil standards at the highest levels. Coconut oil is Direct Micro Expelled to the DME standards producing a top quality oil with very high standards and specifications.  Oils are produced in certified organic village situations where the oil is extracted within one hour of the nut being opened.

Payment

Payment can be made in Australian Dollars ($AUD) by:

 

  • Electronic funds transfer using your internet banking or your telephone banking. Contact us for our account details.
  • Cheque or  money order  to the address on our contact page
  • Internet shopping cart with Credit card payment )

Once your payment has been cleared by the bank your order will then be dispatched.

GST

There is no GST payable on pure coconut oil, however GST is payable on coconut oil if fragrance  or other additive has been added. GST is also payable on postage so where you have been charged postage GST is inclusive in the post office charges.

Refund Policy

If you have any reason for not being fully satisfied with our products please contact us and we will either refund the full amount or send another shipment. We would also prefer the  unsatisfactory product to be  returned at our expense or where this is not possible, a description is given as to reason for dissatisfaction.

Shipment

We make every effort to dispatch your order within two business days of receiving it online. The usual courier is Australia Post (within Australia) and DHL outside Australia, unless otherwise requested, and the average delivery time within  Australia is 5 working days. If you have any queries  about your shipment  contact us. Please note that delivery times are longer for overseas orders. As part of our terms and conditions, we do not take responsibility for parcels seized by customs.

All our on line payments are handled by the ANZ bank's secure site  and we do not see or retain any of the information on your credit card. However your name and address will be kept for record purposes only and will not be disclosed to any other person or institution.

Kokonut Pacific supports and adheres to, as much as it is within our power, the National Privacy Principles of the Commonwealth of Australia. We collect personal information to enable us to provide services, deliver products to you or  to complete transactions with you. The only information collected is what you supply when filling in our forms, we do not use cookies or other internet devices to collect information unknown to you. We will only pass personal details such as your name and address to companies who perform parts of our service delivery. This includes organisations such as Australia Post. We do not share, sell or rent any personal information about you without your permission
